Loop & Co. curates organic, contemporary, and sophisticated spaces for residential interiors in British Columbia.
Co-Founders Morgan Docksteader and Nicole Coston have been crafting thoughtful designs for residential and commercial spaces in British Columbia over the past decade. Their diverse design backgrounds create a unique set of complementary skills that generate beauty & balance in every design. Utilizing raw materials such as wood, stone, and concrete, enable us to create cozy yet simplistic interiors that will reflect the personalities who live there, and will leave you the ultimate homebody.

CONSULTATION

We conduct an in-person or video consultation to determine the scope of the project and get a feel for your style and aesthetic. Getting to know our clients is key in determining how we can provide the best-personalized service.

Great design starts with strong concept development. We start by using verbal & visual cues that connect with our clients and their projects. Asking the right questions is a vital part of the concept development stage.

Function & Flow.
Space planning is a fundamental element in the design process, starting with an in-depth analysis of how the space is to be used. This allows us to create uniquely functional and balanced designs that reflect a personalized interior.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION & PERMITTING
We produce high-quality construction plans and drawings that can be handed over to your contractor or architect. Having detailed construction drawings will help eliminate potential errors on site and delays from municipalities when dealing with permitting.

We provide a full-service design package for new custom homes. Starting from the ground up, we work with you and your developer to curate a custom home that reflects your personality and lifestyle. Designing and delivering a home that you love and works for the way you live in it, is our ultimate goal.

From small to large, we are able to work with existing areas in your home and transform them into wanted and inspiring spaces. We simplify the renovation process by presenting options that are practical and add value to your home.
