Co-Founders Morgan Docksteader and Nicole Coston have been crafting thoughtful designs for spaces in British Columbia over the past decade. Their diverse design backgrounds create a unique set of complementary skills that generate beauty & balance in every design. CONSULTATION

We conduct an in-person or video consultation to determine the scope of the project and get a feel for your style and aesthetic. Getting to know our clients is key in determining how we can provide the best-personalized service.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
Great design starts with strong concept development. We start by using verbal & visual cues that connect with our clients and their projects. Asking the right questions is a vital part of the concept development stage.

SPACE PLANNING & VISIONING
Function & Flow.
Space planning is a fundamental element in the design process, starting with an in-depth analysis of how the space is to be used. This allows us to create uniquely functional and balanced designs that reflect a personalized interior.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION & PERMITTING
We produce high-quality construction plans and drawings that can be handed over to your contractor or architect. Having detailed construction drawings will help eliminate potential errors on site and delays from municipalities when dealing with permitting.

Overall, Nicole made the entire process seem effortless and actually enjoyable – two things I didn’t think possible when talking about renovations!!
