This condo located in the heart of downtown Vancouver was fully renovated top to bottom in order to accommodate the growing family of five. The family wanted the home to be a modern take on a rustic design. This was accomplished by incorporating a coffered ceiling, wood accents, live edge countertop and mantle. We kept the tiles and paint finishes very monochromatic to provide a more modern feel to the space. This was a very unique and fun project to work on as typically in a urban setting, playing with the more rustic and relaxed side of design is rare.
