A thoughtful renovation of a 1920s home, balancing its original architectural character with carefully considered additions.

A new butterfly dormer was introduced within the existing roofline, creating light-filled space for the primary suite and children’s rooms. The interiors pair mid-century influences with natural wood and stone, layered with playful English pub-inspired detailing.

A dark board-and-batten exterior with cedar accents gives the home a strong, timeless presence while respecting its heritage character.
