This three-story house was an original Vancouver special, located on a spacious corner lot in the heart of East Vancouver. Originally built in 1989, this home had unique interior structural challenges. It required a complete interior redesign, including removing multiple structural walls, relocating the main kitchen, and gutting all three bathrooms in order to modernize and create a functional space that will last for years to come. The homeowners were looking to flip this property in a timely manner and ensure a solid return on their investment. In order to design and appeal to a large demographic, we created a soft and neutral palette with nods to our West Coast and Scandinavian design style.
