This beautiful mountain home originally built in 1980, was a unique project as we based the design around some of the homes existing elements such as the oak floors, driftwood railing, & locally sourced river rock fireplace. These were key elements that the home owners wanted to retain and blend with the new kitchen and living space. Removing interior partitions increased the functionality of the home, while adding a wall of new kitchen windows brought an organic element into the space. We completely transformed and updated this families home to suit modern times while highlighting its original charm.
