Eagle Run House is a warm, light-filled renovation designed for modern multi-generational living. The four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence was reimagined to accommodate multi-generational living, incorporating both a basement suite and a mother-in-law suite.

The interiors pair Scandinavian simplicity with mid-century influences, layered through natural stone, tile, and warm, considered furnishings. In the custom butler’s pantry, terracotta tile was thoughtfully selected as a personal nod to a meaningful family connection, bringing an understated layer of sentiment to the space.
