This new nine-unit townhome project is located in the heart of the Sapperton neighborhood with a central location to all major amenities. The development consists of 9 meticulously designed townhomes, each incorporating 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a Westcoast modern aesthetic. Working closely with the developer, we were able to offer future homeowners the ability to personalize their townhome by curating two color palette options, one in a lighter tone, and one in darker tones. We collaborated with Grimwood Architects on these upscale townhomes to create modern and functional dwellings for new families and young professionals.
