Ramen One was designed around the Japanese concept of ohitorisama—embracing the experience of dining alone and creating a space where solo dining feels comfortable, intentional, and entirely at ease. Inspired by the focused simplicity of Japan’s Ichiran-style ramen shops, the design incorporates individual dining booths with retractable dividers, giving guests control over their level of privacy.

A streamlined layout, considered details, and a calm, functional aesthetic create an experience that prioritizes comfort and independence, allowing guests to enjoy their meal at their own pace in a space designed specifically for them.
