Located in the heart of Sapperton, this nine-unit townhome development was designed with a focus on contemporary West Coast living — balancing clean architectural lines with warm, inviting interiors.

Each three-bedroom, three-bathroom residence was thoughtfully designed to feel modern, functional, and distinctly residential. Working closely with the developer and Grimwood Architects, we developed interiors that complement the architecture while creating comfortable, considered spaces for modern families and professionals.

Personalization was an important part of the design. Future homeowners were offered two distinct interior palettes — one light and refined, the other deeper and more dramatic — allowing each residence to reflect a different expression of the same cohesive design vision.
