Project Type: Residential Renovation — Suite Conversion to Medical Aesthetics Clinic
Project Scope: Interior Design & Furnishings
Construction: Steric Developments
Year: 2024

An existing basement suite was reimagined as a refined, home-based medical aesthetics clinic, with the design carefully balancing professional function and residential warmth.

The space was planned with flexibility in mind, allowing for a future conversion back to a functional residential suite. A thoughtful material palette, tailored millwork, and considered spatial planning create an environment that feels polished and inviting while supporting the day-to-day needs of the practice.
